01 Legal Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the digital environments and services provided by HATRED Bypass, you formally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this document. If you do not consent to these provisions, you must immediately cease all use of our platform. We retain the absolute right to amend, update, or restructure these terms at our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notification.
02 Transactional Protocols & Exclusivity
All financial transactions must be processed strictly through our official domain: hatred.cc.
Third Party Exclusions: We do not recognize, support, or honor payments made to external entities, middle men, or via unauthorized payment channels.
Liability Waiver: Engaging in off site transactions completely waives your right to customer service, product delivery, replacements, or technical assistance.
03 Digital Fulfillment & Delivery
Every item provisioned by HATRED Bypass is an intangible, digital asset delivered via electronic distribution.
Delivery Channel: Upon successful payment validation, access to the purchased asset is granted immediately through our designated Discord environment.
Instant Consumption: Because access is instantaneous, the fulfillment is considered complete the moment verification occurs.
04 Finality of Sales (No Refund Policy)
Due to the non tangible, irreversible nature of digital goods, all transactions are strictly non refundable. We do not accommodate requests for returns, credits, or product exchanges under any circumstances. Completion of a purchase constitutes your explicit waiver of any right to a refund.
05 Chargeback Prevention & Dispute Consequences
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback instead of utilizing our standard support channels constitutes a direct breach of this contract. In the event of a fraudulent or unauthorized reversal request, the following enforcement actions are triggered immediately:
Permanent Revocation: All access keys and entitlements tied to the disputed transaction are immediately and permanently revoked, with no refund or compensation.
Fraud Reporting & Blacklisting: Records of the transaction and the breach may be retained and reported as fraud to our partnered communities, resulting in a permanent service blacklist.
06 Account Eligibility & Risk Mitigation
To safeguard your privacy and reduce exposure to automated scanning mechanisms or third party scrutiny, users are strictly required to access our services using alternative accounts ("alts"). Utilizing a primary account is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.
07 User Accountability & Operational Risk
You assume full, unconditional liability for the deployment, execution, and consequences of utilizing our software. HATRED Bypass, alongside its development team, disclaims all responsibility for operational outcomes, including but not limited to platform specific penalties, restrictions, or unforeseen digital complications. You operate these assets entirely at your own peril.
08 Access Security & Prohibition of Resale
Maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys and account credentials is your exclusive responsibility. Sharing, renting, distributing, or reselling our digital products is strictly forbidden. Any detected unauthorized credential sharing will result in an immediate, permanent revocation of service without compensation.
